The United States Coast Guard Auxiliary is the all-volunteer branch of the US Coast Guard. Based in Ft. Salonga, the auxiliary's band is under the direction of Patricia Catalano. Previous performances have been at the Northport Veterans Hospital, the Intrepid Museum, the Glen Cove Yacht Club and throughout the downstate NY area in parades and Coast Guard ceremonies. In its Morgan Park debut, the band performs the anthems of each branch of the US Armed Forces along with a variety of patriotic and nautical selections.
